After long-hot weeks of relentless pursuit of money you are now officially America's Fundraiser-In-Chief. In the first 8 months of this year you raised no less than $110 million. Thanks to your hard work the election campaigns of your good friends gubernatorial candidate Steve Largent and Senator James Inhofe in Oklahoma are now well funded. In Arkansas your $500-a plate dinner sure helped Senator Tim Hutchinson. Now, more than ever, these Operatives will help to advance your agenda of unabashed, unashamed and unlimited Compassionate Conservatism! This election season is crucial for that ultimate goal of Compassionate Conservatism: the Monolithic Unity of the Executive and U.S. Congress. We keep the power by redefining elections on our terms, right?

While all of 'Merica enjoyed those long hot summer days, Yurep, China and Korea suffered torrential rains and massive flooding. Never before summer was this bad in Yurep. Your Global Temperature Enhancement Scheme worked magnificently. Let this be a lesson for those Yurpeans: stop whining about Global Warming and that Kyoto Protocol. Or else! Else, more torrential Acts of God will come down on you!! This Compassionate Conservative Government of America doesn't give a damn about the climate changes worldwide. Any climate that favors 'Merican business interests is good climate, right? Sure you don't want to have any part of that United Nations Sustainable Development Conspiracy in Johannesburg, South Africa. The only thing Compassionate Conservatives will sustain is unabashed, unashamed and unlimited bidness, right?

Remember how Enron worked with the government of Maharashstra in India to build the Dobhal Power Plant? Not only in India, Government officials got educated about the Supreme Power of Enron. From 1994 on Enron paid Bambang Trihatmodjo, the son of President Suharto, $25 million to lay groundwork for a natural gas-fired plant in Pasuruan on Java and a second plant in East Kalimantan. After the Compassionate Conservative Government of Indonesia was ousted the plans fell through, but Enron managed to get its monies back from the World Bank Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency. Back in 'Merica Enron got into the action of the November 2001 space energy conference of the Department of Commerce. In February 2001 Kenny boy Lay had already talked to Don Evan's, your Secretary of Commerce, and on September 7, Bruce Mehlman, the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy, wrote a memo to Ken on a planned workshop for "Market Opportunities in Space: The Near Term Roadmap". To make sure that this workshop stayed in tune with Dick Cheney's Energy Policy Plans, no word on solar energy in outer space should be allowed. Therefore the Department of Commerce invited such illustrious experts as James Cameron, the producer and director of "Alien", and Kenny boy Lay. Ken doesn't know a damn thing about solar energy from space. So, he sure is the kind of expert needed to bring an unbiased business perspective to the workshop. That workshop was such a magnificent example of the Confluence of Government Policies and Bidnes Interests: that ultimate goal of Compassionate Conservatism!

This past August we were waiting for another Proof of the Confluence of Government and Bidnes Interests: the World Wide War against Turrorists and Turrorism! The month of August has always been a good month for the War against Turrorism and Turrorists. Take those magnificent months of August of 1914 and 1939. In August 1914 the combined Austrian and German Armies went into action against Turrorism in Yurep, and on August 31, 1939 the German President finally allowed his Army to retaliate against acts of Turrorism in Gleiwice on the German-Polish border. This was part of another Infinite Battle in the Enduring War against Turrorism waged by the Compassionate Conservative Government of Germany. In 1933, immediately after Compassionate Conservatives had taken over and had established the Third Empire of Germany, the country had to be defended against Turrorists and Turrorism. So, the Compassionate Conservatives of Germany passed a Law to Protect the Empire and the People. That law was very much in the vein of your USA PATRIOT Act of 2001. Under that law enemies of Compassionate Conservatism were put away in camps like that in Dachau, which were similar to your anti-turrorist camp in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. For years, Compassionate Conservatives were engaged in a relentless, unlimited war against turrorists and turrorism; millions of turrorists were identified, rounded up and put into camps. That may also happen in the near future in our beloved country, right?

My neighbor told me that neither Dick Cheney, or gentlemen like Jeb Bush, John Ashcroft, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Spencer Abraham, Don Evans, Karl Rove, Andrew Card, Tom DeLay, Trent Lott, Bob Barr, Mitch McConnell, Dick Armey, Phil Gramm, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Newt Gingrich, Mark Racicot, Rudy Guliani, Charlton Heston, Wayne LaPierre, Bill Bennett, Jerry Falwell, George Will, Bill O'Reilly, Tony Snow, Britt Hume, Sean Hannity have ever suffered on a real battlefield. After Dick Cheney's August 26 speech we can rest assured: the Second Coming of the Gulf War as part of your World Wide War for the Enduring Battle Against Turrorism and Turrorists is upon us, and all these illustrious gentlemen will soon see action!!

Iraq is such a very special case. During the 1990ties Dick Cheney's Halliburton had invested $73 million in Iraq. Though the U.N. weapons inspectors found in 1998 that the Weapons of Mass Destruction of Iraq were to 95% destroyed, Saddam Hussein still didn't allow Halliburton unlimited access to the oilfields of Iraq. That sure calls for a regime-change in Iraq, right? What better way of promoting a regime-change than an Enduring Battle for the Infinite World Wide War Against Turrorism?

My neighbor told me that such a World Wide War would be at odds with the United Nations Charter. Article 1, Section 4 says: "All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state." Can you believe that?? Would the war in VietNam and Cambodia, the regime-change to establish Compassionate Conservatives like General Suharto in Indonesia, Shah Reza Pahlevi in Iran, Augusto Pinochet in Chile, Anastasio Somoza in Nicaragua, or even your Daddy's Gulf War I, and your own War for Pipeline-istan in Afghanistan last year ever have been possible if compassionate conservatives would have refrained from any threat or use of violence?? Of course not; the threat or use of violence is second nature to compassionate conservatives, like the secondary virginity you received on July 7, 1986, when you became a Born Again Christian. Is killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent and unarmed civilians by their own government like in Guatemala, Cambodia, Vietnam, Rwanda, or Turkey a problem for compassionate conservatives? Of course not, we compassionate conservatives were the first to use Weapons of Mass Compassion against innocent and unarmed civilians, like on August 6, 1945 in Hiroshima and on August 9, 1945 in Nagasaki, or the carpet bombing of North Vietnam during Christmas 1972. There are 5 million civilians in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq: a magnificent target for our Weapons of Mass Compassion, right?

Isn't the threat and use of violence our Compassionate Duty as Evangelical Christians? Take the uprising of April 11, 2002 in Venezuela. That country delivers far more oil to the US than Saddam's Iraq ever will do. So, a little threat of violence to keep Venezuela in line is in order, right? Through the National Endowment for Democracy, which was founded in 1983 under the leadership of Ronnie Reagan, your Government spent $877,435 in the year 2001 to support an uprising against, Hugo Chavez, the elected president of Venezuela. Also the International Republican Institute came into the act with $339,998, and the AFL-CIO supported the Confederation of Venezuelan Workers against president Hugo Chavez. Those investments came to fruition with the April 11, 2002 uprising under the leadership of Pedro Carmona. We keep the oil by defining democracy on our terms, right?

Remember those feel-good years under the Clinton presidency? Thanks to your compassionate conservative leadership that feel-good era is now over and out. Now our proud country experiences the hardcore, unabashed, unashamed, unlimited Spirit of Suffering. After those coal miners in Pennsylvania were rescued you spoke those sweet, sweet words of compassionate conservatism: "this country comes together in a spirit of suffering". Already on September 11, 2001 this country experienced a lot of suffering. Due to poor and outdated equipment many firefighters died in the Twin Towers in New York. That poor equipment added insult to injury. Never before sooo many firefighters died in one incident. On September 11 the Compassionate Conservative Spirit of Suffering reigned Supreme!! To make sure that we will have a lot more opportunity to experience that Spirit of Suffering you cut spending for mine safety, right? Workers of 'Merica stop whining about health and safety at your workplace: From now on, it is the Spirit of Suffering that counts!!

This first week of July was such a magnificent opening of a long hot Summer of Compassion. First, on July 4th we celebrated the 226th anniversary of U.S. Congress' signing of the Declaration of Our Independence. One hundred and seventy years and two days later, in New Haven, Connecticut, Barbara gave birth to you, and thanks to the Perpetual Inspiration and Miraculous Powers of our most-beloved Spiritual Leader Pat Robertson, in Colorado Springs on July 7th 1986, you became a Born Again Christian. After the Supremes fixed the 2000 elections you finally were free to follow your calling of Life, Liberties and the Pursuit of Compassionate Conservatism!! You are the one and only American President who is born in two states: Connecticut and Colorado. Nobody but you is better fit to lead our Beloved America on the Path to Perpetual Glory during Infinite Battles for the Enduring World Wide War against Turrorists and Turrorism! This will be a long hot Summer!!

We were outraged when we heard about the Worldcom bookkeeping scandal! Not just a few millions, but billions of $$ were misplaced. This sure hurts you, the Master of Creative Bookkeeping, right? Remember, way back when you were a director and consultant for Harken Energy Corporation? In 1986 you came on board and by 1989 Harken was losing lots of money. To stop the bleeding they sold a subsidiary, Aloha, for $12 million to a handful of Harken insiders, who borrowed $11 million from Harken to pay for the purchase. Thanks to that deal Harken could file a loss of not more than $3.3 million in its 1989 Annual Report. You, as a good insider, carefully watched the bleeding of Harken and on June 22, 1990 you decided to sell 212,140 shares at $4 a piece. That way, you made $848,560, just in time before, on August 20, 1990 Harken 's second quarter report revealed a loss of $23.2 million. By the end of the year Harken traded at $1 a share and now it is worth only $0.42. Selling shares when a company makes a nose-dive is such smart thing: Kenny Boy Lay did the same with his Enron shares, just in time before Enron went belly-up.

You waited until March 4, 1991 to report your sale of shares in Harken. No big deal, right? Just a little tax cut for your own benefit. But, on April 4 the Wall Street Journal made a big fuss out of that stock sale and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) went after you. In 1992 the SEC came to reason and concluded that there was no evidence of illegal insider trading. The SEC sure didn't want to touch a President's son, right? After all, the Government has no business in snooping around in your biznes when you were director of the Tejas Power Corporation and Silver Screen Management, Inc., or a stockholder in Lucky Chance Mining Co., let alone your share dealings in November 1986. In 1995 our good Republican Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee pushed a law through that protected company's directors against investors lawsuits. Sure, Clinton vetoed it, but the Republicans, in an early Act of Compassionate Conservatism, managed to override Clinton's obstruction. There is no Government-business in biznes-business, right?

Your little Harken biznes sure is no cause for outrage. After all you replaced that Clinton holdover at the SEC, by Harvey Pitt. Thanks to you, our beloved Chief Executing Officer of the Christian Corporation of America, the biznes of this country deals with a kinder and gentler SEC. But, Worldcom is a different matter altogether. What makes them think they can imitate your Creative Bookkeeping? Are they bush-iosi? No, Wolrdcom didn't pay a penny for your 2000 campaign. No wonder, soon Worldcom will feel the iron fist of Compassionate Conservatism. Only bush-iosi and Enroni are entitled to random Acts of Compassion by a kinder and gentler SEC!!

With you Honor and Integrity returned to The White House. Thanks to your magnificent appointments Honor and Integrity is now flooding not just Texas, but the whole world. Our proud Iran-Contra hero John D. Negroponte now spreads the Good News of Honor and Integrity inside the United Nations. Otto Juan Reich, your Assistant Secretary of State for the Western Hemisphere, brought Honor and Integrity to the State Department. Reich had worked hard with CIA's Walter Raymond and Alan Fiers, and National Security Council's Oliver L. North in raising all that money to arm the Contra in Nicaragua. Reich's specialty was "persuasive communications". He flooded the world's media with the most unbelievable stories about the "Imminent Communist Takeover" of Latin America. For your Enduring Battles for Infinite World Wide War Against Turorism Reich and his good old friend Orlando Bosch are invaluable assets. Thanks to Otto Reich's hard work and your Daddy's unlimited compassion Orlando got a pardon and a visa to live and work in the USA!! Now Orlando works with Otto Juan Reich on the next assault in your Hemispherical War Against Turrorists and Turrorism. Colombia, here they come: the proud operatives of Iran-Contra and the Infinite War against Cuba! Soon the shadow of Honor and Integrity will fall over Colombia!!

On July 1st they opened an International Court of Justice in The Hague, in Dutchland. Can you believe it, that court wants to try any act of Turrorism, or torture or the like. They may even seek to try Operatives of Honor and Integrity such as Augusto Pinochet of Chile, or your good old buddy Ariel Sharon. No way!! The Hague, here we come: our Armies of Compassion will sure rescue our operatives and reduce that town to a mountain of smoldering rubble. Don't ever think of touching our Operatives of Honor and Integrity! Our firepower is all the justice we need!!

We were ecstatic when we saw how Israel destroyed that Palestinian office building in Hebron last week. It was one of the offices of Yasser Arafat, the elected Chairman of the Palestinian Authority. For months now, you and your great friend Ariel Sharon are trying to eliminate Arafat. You got less that 25% of the eligible vote during the 2000 elections, but that Arafat-guy got the vote of the majority of his people. It would have been an outrage if the Turrorists had attacked you on September 11. An assault on you, the Chief Executing Officer of the Christian Corporation of America and our White House would be a barbaric act against democracy, but Arafat and his offices are up for grabs, right?

During the late 90's Dick Cheney's Halliburton invested some $70 million for oil drilling in Iraq? Did Saddam Hussein ever clear the road for drilling? No way! Therefore, Iraq will soon be an unlimited target for killing. We were ecstatic to hear that you are now planning to attack Iraq from three sides. First things first: the killing comes before the drilling, right? Saddam, the Armies of Compassion are after you!! Remember that wedding party in Afghanistan? We will serve you and Iraq more firepower than you could possibly swallow!!

On June 1 you launched a new round of Infinite Battles for the Enduring War against Turrorists and Turrorism with those prophetic words: "Our country will require all Americans to be forward-looking and resolute, to be ready for preemptive action, when necessary to defend our liberty and to defend our lives". As you have put it time and again: "Your choice is clear: either you are with me (Dubya) or you are with the turrorists", right? Last week we heard that U.S. Congress was hiding in a sound-proof room on Capitol hill and holding secret hearings into the September 11 attacks. Does that mean than U.S. Congress is with you, or is U.S. Congress not with you? We don't know, but you, vigilant-as-ever, immediately engaged in pre-emptive action. Last Thursday in a heroic pre-emptive strike, you defended our post- September 11 National Security State (PS11NSS) against that investigation by U.S. Congress. Your national address was such a strong battle call for your World Wide War Against Turrorists and Turrorism!! We were ecstatic when you told us that we "are a different nation today - sadder and stronger, less innocent ., Tonight over 60,000 American troops are deployed around the world, in Afghanistan, the Philippines, Yemen, and the Republic of Georgia". That does not even include our Secret Operatives, who are battling your ever-growing Axes of Evil. Today North Korea, Cuba, Iraq, and Iran; tomorrow the Whole World, right? Sooo many enemies of our Liberty and Freedom, so much honor!! Now more than ever, the Girls of the New Faith Based Intelligence (New FBI) are united behind you, our proud Commander-in-Chief!!

Your Homeland Security Department will sure enhancify your ability to wage Enduring Wars and Infinite Battles against Turrorists and Turrorism. With a cab'net position in your government and with almost 170,000 troops your Homeland Security Department will soon rival our good old Department of Defense. Thanks to your Homeland Security Department Initiative our country will now be defended twice. This year your Homeland Security Department will cost the American taxpayer $37.4 billion; next year it will be $38 billion. As you put it time and again: "it is your money". Now it goes on the same pile as you ever-increasing defense budget. Who whines about a Balance Budget Amendment? Those were the Clinton-years with his big-government spending. The Republicans gave him a Hell of a Time and that Clinton-guy created the greatest budget surplus in our history. But you are a true blue Republican President, right? For you the Debt Ceiling can't be high enough. The sky is the limit, right? It is all for the greater good of the National Security of our PS11NSS!!! Your speechification last Thursday was such a powerful weapon of Mass Distraction!!

Last week the Environmental Protection Agency published its "U.S. Climate action Report 2002". Now it is official: your Global Temperature Enhancement Plan works! This is another battle in the Enduring War for our National Climate Security. Under your Global Temperature Enhancement Plan, the penguins of Antarctica will soon leave the Land of Fear and Join the Empire of the Free to swim up and down the Golden Coast of Texas! Thanks to Global Temperature Enhancement the penguins of Antarctica will join forces with the U.S. Coast Guard and defend our coasts as part of your Global War against Turrorists and Turrorism. Sure, it is a post-cold world; there is madmen and there is potential mental losses!!!

Also our Enduring War for National Energy Security continues. We were ecstatic when we heard of Spencer Abraham's plans to fund a new Nukelar Trigger Plant. Sure, that plan does not come out of the blue. To the contrary, thanks to your relentless War against the ABM treaty all these stale Nukelar Warheads are now old and obsolete. That calls for new Nukelar Warheads, right? So, on March 20, 2001, Spencer Abraham, your vigilant-as-ever Secretary of Energy, held a meeting with the Bush-iosi of the Nukelar Energy Industry. There were Joe Colvin, Corbin McNeill, Marv Fertel, and John Kane of the Nuclear Energy Institute, Donald Hintz of Entenergy, Charles Pryor Jr., CEO of Westinghouse Electric, Christian Poindexter, CEO of Constellation Energy, William Coley, President of Duke Energy, Michael Morris, Chairman of Northeast Utilities, and William McCormick, Jr. of CMS Energy. They are such faithful contributors to the causes of Compassionate Conservatism and the Republican Party: from 1999 on the Nuclear Energy Institute contributed more than $437,000, Entenergy gave almost $540,000, Westinghouse gave $65,000, Constellation Energy gave $123,000, Duke Energy gave more than $400,000, Northeast Utilities gave $176,000, and CMS Energy gave $357,000. Not only the ever-faithful bush-iosi of Enron (with more than $2,155,000!), also the Nukelar Energy Bush-iosi gave helpful hints to our National Energy Security State! Together they contributed more than $2,000,000!!! That sure calls for a gentle payback, right? No wonder our future will be Nukelar all the way!

Such a shiny example of the convergence of business interests with our National Security State!!

Welcome home after a week of Infinite Battles for your World Wide War against Turrorists. We were glued to the TV screen during your whirlwind tour across Yurep. First a 20-hour Berlin Blitz Blast. After a $59,000 per hour flight in Air Force One you hit the tarmac for a 20-hour visit at a rate $100,000 security costs per hour. That was money well spent!! Berlin has changed soooo much since Ronnie Reagan visited that town in 1987. Then Ronnie called out: Pull down this Wall, Open this Gate". The Berlin Wall is gone and the Brandenburger Gate is just getting remodeled. So, to welcome you the German Government had put miles of shining barbed wire fences all across Berlin. Just like the fence the Canadian Government put up last year. Barbed wire fences are now becoming the proud emblem of the true spirit of a Dubya-visit! Everywhere, people passionately welcome you from behind a Fence of Freedom. No way, that you would ever want those fences of barbed wire be torn down. To the contrary, from behind barbed wire fences your speechification in the Reichstag became an ever more powerful weapon of mass distraction. Not a single word about our Steel War with Germany. To the contrary, you talked about Turrorist, Turrorism, and how the NATO will be expanded to defend our Liberty and Freedom against Turrorists and Turrorism. Now, the Germans can't wait to defend the Liberty and Freedom of our Christian Corporation of America, right? We will keep the peace by redefining war on our terms, right?

Your next stop was in Moscow and St Petersburg. You looked soooo happy when you met your good old buddy Vladimer Poutin. It was immediately Tutti Pouty, Pouty, Pouty..., right? Did you like the Hermitage, Pouty's ranch in St Petersburg? Not a good place to put away all these stale nukelar warheads, but you and Pouty sure worked out a deal to create more space for new nukelar missiles, right?

While we are holding our breath under a barrage of Turrorist Alarms from your Homeland Insecurity Office, you walked the beaches of Normandy and remembered the men and women in uniform, who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our Liberty and Freedom in Yurep. Then and now, we are sure that the French men and women in uniform will be more than ready to make that ultimate sacrifice in your World Wide War against Turrorism and Turrorists.

Here at home U.S. Congress still whines about the September 11 attacks. Can you believe it??? After harassing Dick Cheney and his Secret Energy Policy Task Force, U.S. Congress now wants to investigate the actions of your Government before September 11. Just like that Walker-guy from the General Accounting Office, they want to see papers. Papers, papers, no way!!! What a Dick your Dick Cheney is!! Without even blinking an eye he went immediately bunkers and built a Stonewall of Stealth around the White House. On September 11 you were already the President of the Stealth Underground Government of the USA (SUGUSA); the Government that rules from behind the Stonewall of Stealth. During most of September 11 we didn't even know where you were: in Florida, Nebraska, or somewhere else, inspecting one of our many bunkers? Who cares? The Cheney Gang was in full control. Soon the Post September 11 National Security State (PS11NSS) would be born.

Remember, how, just after you took office, the Rudman Committee of U.S. Congress warned you, Colin Powell, Don Rumsfeld, and Condi Rice of imminent turrorist attacks? That Rudman Committee was a leftover of Clinton and his obsession with Osama bin Laden. In infinite wisdom your Government heeded the calls of the Rudman Committee with deafening silence. No more hunt of bin Laden and other turrorists. After all, Dick Cheney was negotiating with the Taliban to get that deal for a pipeline across Afghanistan, remember? To keep that moving along you handed the Taliban more than $100 million is subsidies. The sweet smell of oil stops all that Clintonian-whining about human rights abuses and aid to international turrorists, right?

On March 22, 2001 the Federal Aviation Administration warned all airlines and airports that turrorist groups affiliated with Osama bin Laden might attack. Also the French and the Spanish Government wanted to share intelligence with your Government about some suspicious guys they were watching. Surely, we are not interested in any suspicious guys hanging out in France and Spain! So, your Government took no action. During April, May and June last year a flood of intelligence reports about turrorist attacks was sent to your Government. Your were busy with acts of compassionate conservatism such as Global Temperature Enhancement, the Enronification of our Energy Future, the Alaska Jihad, the Faith Guided Missile Defense System, and last, but not least, the Perpetual Tax Break. No time, for Turrorists and turrorism!!

On July 2, 2001 the FBI warned the FAA about possible attacks with explosives on our national airline system. On July 5, 2001 you asked Condi Rice to look into what is being done about turrorists and turrorism. On July 6 Condi briefed a meeting at the White House on the very high concern about attacks in Paris, Rome and Turkey. So, all non-essential travel of U.S. counter terrorism staff got suspended. At that time also John Ashcroft stopped using commercial airplanes for his travel. Not that he would worry about anything, but he was better safe than sorry. Nobody would want to put your Born-Again-Christian-Attorney-General-of-America (BACAGA) in harm's way, right? John is such a strong asset in the infinite battle for our Constitutional Right to carry arms. What is more, after September 11 John became your point man to launch the USA-PATRIOT Act of 2001. Just imagine what would have become of your Assault on the Bill of Rights without John Ashcroft? Liberals would still claim Free Speech rights, defendants could not be put away indefinitely without charge, no phone- and email wiretaps, Camp X-Ray on Guantanamo Bay could never have been built, and so on. Without John Ashcroft our PS11NSS would never have been possible.

Late July 2001 the Phoenix Office urges the FBI to investigate the activities of Middle Easterners in our flight schools. No action was taken. On August 6, you were home on the ranch, cutting bushes; no time for memo's about turrorists and turrorism, right? To the contrary, did you ever tell U.S. Congress about those reports on turrorist threats? Of course not!! For once, even the New York Times was in line with your government when they published an article on the diminishing turrorist threat in their Sunday September 9 edition. Remember, how the Israeli Army celebrated the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ with their Offensive of Compassion on Jenin, Bethlehem, Nablus and other towns on the West Bank? Thanks to American firepower that Israeli Offensive became a huge spring-cleaning action. Your Compassionate Conservative Government sends per year $2.04 billion from our dear U.S. Taxpayers' money as military aid to the Israeli Government. Now Israel has a standing Army of 630,000 men and women in uniform; they have 4,000 tanks (most of them Made in the USA!), almost 8,000 armored vehicles, 600 ultramodern fighter jets, 80 heavy duty transport planes, 290 helicopter gunships (our good old Apache's!), 6 submarines and more than 30 surface ships.

Last weekend while we were celebrating the Return of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, the Government of Israel decided to shower the people of Tulkarem with some Spirit of Compassion coming out of our shiny Apache helicopter gunships. Isn't firepower the true power of our Faith? In Pipeline-istan the British, Canadian and Danish troops work with our men and women in uniform, and now the Israeli men and women in uniform also joined your Infinite Battle for the Enduring World Wide War against Turrotists and Turrorism!!

Your trip south of the border is such a magnificent proof of your hemispherical thinking! We were ecstatic when you offered to increase your budget for foreign aid to $15 billion by 2006! In that year our Empire of Compassion (a.k.a. Christian Corporation of America) will spend 0.13% of its gross domestic product (against the 0.10% we spend now) on foreign aid. What a shiny sign of compassion!! Take that, Yurpeans!! Those Yurpeans spend already 0.33% of their income on foreign aid, and they will increase their spending to 0.39% by adding another $20 billion in the year 2006. Five of those Yurpean countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden Luxemburg, and The Netherlands) spend already 0.70% of their income on foreign aid. No sweat: they are small countries and they are energy-independent. They can pump oil out of the North Sea, while we have to drill in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to meet our domestic oil demands.

We all know very well that the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge holds just enough oil for half a year of our consumption. So, here your hemispherical thinking kicks in. There is lots of oil in Colombia. Therefore, we have a vital national security interest in Colombia. During the Clinton years we were already deeply engaged in a war against drug traffickers and rebels. But, do you really care about drugs and rebels, if you smell oil? Thanks, to hard lobbying by Occidental Petroleum we all know what is at stake in Colombia!! During the year 2000 Occidental Petroleum gave $325,000 to Republican candidates, and they sustained that effort with another $210,000 this year. So much money sure asks for some compassion, right? So, in 2001 you issued an "emergency supplemental appropriation" to spend an extra $642 million in military aid in Colombia. You also asked for $218 million in economic and social assistance; that is $5.5 per person in Colombia per year. That is true compassion for you, Colombians!! For this year you asked for $35 more and in 2003 you want to spend $435 million for the war in Colombia. The Bush-iosi of Occidental Petroleum will be ecstatic! Last year their pipeline has been attacked 170 times, and no oil was pumped for 226 days. Thanks to your Plan Colombia our Super Huey helicopters and our Special Forces will now protect that pipeline and guarantee our oil independence, right?

Last week your Stealth Underground Government of the USA (SUGUSA) has been challenged by Jennifer K. Harbury, the widow of Efrain Barmaca Velasquez. On March 12, 1992 the Army of Guatemala arrested Mr. Barmaca, and began torturing him. "It was...confirmed that Bamaca had died in army custody and that a Guatemalan colonel involved in Bamaca's interrogation had been a paid CIA informant." according to the Washington Post. Alledgedly, the CIA knew within 24 hours of the arrest and the torture, but kept that a secret from Jennifer Harbury, and, because of her insisting, she was told that Mr. Barmaca had committed suicide, and was shown a grave, which did not contain the body of Mr. Barmaca. Now she sues the U.S. Government before the Supremes, claiming the Government hasn't been truthful and forthcoming. Any problems with that?

If the Supremes would give in to her demands the CIA will have to report truthfully on every person they interrogate or "eliminate", right? Can you imagine, that your SUGUSA has to provide an annual listing of all attempts to kill Fidel Castro, and other enemies of your Government? You can't have that; Stealth is the Heart and Soul of Compassionate Conservatism, right?

By the way, Stealth! Remember, how the General Accounting Office (GAO) has used the Freedom of Information Act to sue the White House in order to obtain those 14,000 pages of secret documents relating to Dick Cheney's Energy Policy Task Force? Dick has stonewalled the GAO forever and ever. Even Theodore B. Olson, of the Arkansas Project, fought as a lion against that silly Freedom of Information thing. To no avail, next week the whole world will know what bush-iosi met with Dick to plan our energy future.

Chapter 5 of Dick Cheney's report identifies the "expansion of nuclear power in the United States as a major component of our national energy policy". That was due to the little help from the Exelon Corporation of Chicago, right? Exelon now operates some 20% of our national nuclear capacity. They are the builders of the pebble-bed reactor, in which the heat of radioactive uranium is cooled by helium. The idea is not new: in Germany they once build one of those pebble-bed reactors. It didn't work too well. Actually, the Germans managed to stop the thing just before it exploded! But never mind, Exelon is now selling the idea to Eskom, the State-owned utility of South Africa and to British Nuclear Fuels Ltd. But Exelon didn't stop there: they talked to Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, your Chief-of Strategery, and to Lawrence B. Lindsey, your economic adviser. They also had a keen eye on U.S. Congress: in the year 2000 they supported Republican candidates with more than $590,000. For instance, Exelon paid $93,749 to Joe L. Barton (Representative for Texas), $59,675 to Dennis Hastert (Representative for Illinois), $54,750 W.J. "Billy" Tauzin (Representative for Louisiana), $51,550 to H. James Saxton (Representative for New Jersey), $48,200 John Shadegg (Representative for Arizona), $46,050 to Michael G. Oxley (Representative for Ohio), $80,038 to George Allen (Senator for Virginia), $79,367 to Rick Santorum (Senator for Pennsylvania), $72,500 to Robert C. Smith (Senator for new Hampshire), $69,900 Conrad Burms (Senator for Montana), $54,000 to Trent Lott (Senator for Mississippi), $50,250 to Jon L. Remember, how the Senate Judiciary Committee refused to appoint Justice Charles W. Pickering Sr. to a seat on a Court of Appeals? We are steaming, out of our mind: Charles W. Pickering has passed all the Litmus Tests of Compassionate Conservatism. He is a true constructionist!! He will build a wall of steel around the courts to keep our Faith in the Courts. What is more: Justice Pickering is from Mississippi and a true blue Lott-boy! That Dem conspiracy against your Constructionists sure got our Trent Lott steaming. So, in the best tradition of Compassionate Conservatism he immediately retaliated. Trent blocked the appointment of Jonathan Adelstein, an aide of Tom Dashle to the Federal Communications Commission. Tit for tat is soooo compassionate!!!!

But Trent Lott didn't stop there. Remember, how we Republicans spent more than $70 million of taxpayer's money to investigate Clinton's Whitewater deals? That investigation sure made for a lot of entertainment and kept Clinton busy for a long time, but never turned up anything substantial. Now those Dems want to spend $1.5 million to investigate the performance of federal law enforcement agencies during the weeks before September 11. That is a complete waste of money, right? Thanks to the attacks of September 11 you are now fighting your Infinite War Against Terrorism. We need no investigation into how those attacks came about! In the next weeks Rick Santorum plans to go out of his way to push the appointment of Justice Brooks Smith to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a strict constructionist! He will build walls of steel to keep liberals out of our courts. Then there is Paul Casell, your candidate for the District Court in Utah. Already as a clerk for Justice Antonin Scalia, Paul Casell worked hard to limit the rights of defendants. No wonder that Orrin Hatch supports Paul Casell with all his might. But a conspiracy of the National Abortion Rights Action League, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and other liberals, calling themselves the Alliance for Justice, now challenges the appointment of Paul Casell. Do we Compassionate Conservatives care about cruelty against animals? Of course not!! Animals get out of the way: the Constructionists are coming!!!

Thanks to our good friends of the Israeli Army our Weapons of Mass Compassion have received a true Global reach. Each evening we climb higher and higher mountains of ecstasy while we watch Arms Made in the USA perform in this Prophetic Land (as Pat Robertson puts it). Does your heart also glow when you see our mighty F-15s, F-16, F-16s, F-4s, and A-4s fighter jets, and our AH 64As, AH 1Fs, and AH 1Gs helicopters attacking police stations, or our M-60 tanks chasing those Palestinians on the ground? We were ecstatic to hear that you and Dick, in utmost secrecy, had transformed the Executive Branch of our Government into the Stealth Underground Government of the Unites States of America (SUGUSA). Now it is official: America will be governed out of a hidden, undisclosed bunker!! A bunker is soooo much more fitting for your compassionate conservative way of working with the American People, right? You hated "that other compound" on Pennsylvania Avenue, anyway? Now Dick is gone bunkers, we can no longer hear the sound of his shredders. Justice Gladys Kessler of the U.S. District Court in Washington, DC: you can eat your verdict: the General Accounting Office will never get those papers about Dick's Secret Energy Task Force. In the interest of our National Energy Security all decisions will be kept secret forever, right?

Next, you pushed your economic stimulus package through the U.S. Senate. In the best tradition of compassionate conservatism it is a Tax Cut! Big Business will enjoy a 30% depreciation write-off and more tax breaks for overseas investments. That will pump another $51 billion taxpayers' money into the economy. For the unemployed workers in America there are a few crumbs too: the will now receive 39 weeks of unemployment benefits. They had paid for these benefits when they were still employed, anyway; so, those benefits don't interfere with your future Tax Cutting ability, right?

With your decision to put a 30% protection tariff on imported steel you fight both battles and a war! First and foremost, these Tax Breaks will favor the voters in the battleground states of Iowa, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. As Pat Robertson keeps saying: He (You, Dubya) is the President; he can decide to allocate and to withhold federal tax money. When it comes to Tax Breaks, rarely the question is asked, is this Bush' states? In order to keep the majority in the House of Representatives the Republican Party sure can use the 6 seats of these States!! Our candidates sure appreciate your support for the elections of this fall!!

Those 30% import tariffs are also such a nice payback for the $151,518 paid by the American Steel Industry for your election campaign in 2000, right? And, they are such a kind response to the lobbying efforts of "Stand up for Steel", which received $600,000 in funding from Lakshmi Mittal of Ispat Inland and LMN International in Chicago.

Sure the American car industry will have to pay more for steel to make cars. But who cares about cars, really? Thanks to your 30% protection tariff against imported steel we will soon be at trade war with those rogue-steel-nations such as South Korea, Japan, China and the Yurpeans!! Never mind: American Steel is the Real Thing, the stuff from which our Weapons of Mass Compassion are made. Would you ever have been able to send Daisy Cutters to Afghanistan without American Steel? Thanks to American Steel the whole world will soon enjoy Weapons of Mass Compassion!!

So, way back in 1985 you were one of the Godfathers of Enron! Guess who was the other Godfather? Your eternal friend Kenny Boy Lay!! What a great friend Kenny Boy proved to be. In 1992 Kenny Boy chaired the host committee for the Republican National Convention, which nominated your Daddy for re-election. Your Daddy was soooo grateful that he invited Kenny Boy for a sleepover at the White House!! The rest is history: Kenny Boy supported all your election campaigns since 1994. In return you worked hard to get the energy market of Pennsylvania dysregulated, such that Enron could penetrate that State. The Gramms made sure that the energy markets nationwide got dysregulated, and Enron soared and soared. Enron is such a magnificent example of the confluence of interests of big business and compassionate conservative government! Kenny Boy has such a supreme judgment! In merging the Bush-iosi of the energy industry with Enroni, your Government is second to none!!

During the past week we learned about the heroic work of Israel, our best friend worldwide, in relation to the assaults on September 11. Not less than a 120 "art students" from Israel, some former electronic intelligence, missile, and bomb specialists, had been snooping around our military bases, the FBI, and the DEA. Their Super-Network covered 42 American cities. They had a coordination center in Irving, Texas, headed by Itay Simon, a former intelligence officer of the Israeli Army. He worked there with Michael Calmanovic, an electronic intercept operator, Eran Moshe, a member of the Israeli Special Forces, and Aren Ofek, the son of an Israeli two-star General. Their team in Dallas was headed by Hillel Dor, and counted Marina Glickman, an intelligence officer, Zeev Miller, an explosive and combat engineer, Ofir Navon, a bomb disposal expert, Dilka Borenstein, an intelligence officer, and Tomer ben Dor, their expert for the Patriot Missile Defense system.

Their unit in Hollywood, Florida, was headed Hanan Serfaty, who for months were near Ahmed Fayez, Ahmed, Said, Hamza Al-Hamdi, Mohammed Al Shehri, Ahmed Al-Haznawi, and Ahmed Al-Nami. Those were all members of that group of 15 men from Saudi Arabia who received those Special Interest Visa's, last year. Remember, how our consular official in Riyadh complained about those "suspicious cases", and how the State Department in Washington ordered to waive them through the security screen? At the Boston's Logan Airport some of them were singled out again, but after special security screenings they were eventually admitted on board of their flights. Too bad they all died on September 11; those guys could have become such excellent CIA operatives, right?

While the French intelligence services sent us report after report on suspicious activities prior to September 11, the Israeli whatever they knew to themselves. Of course, your government did not extradite them for spying or withholding national security information. You sure didn't want a possible repeat of that embarrassing Pollard case way back in 1986, right? So, those "students" were told that they had 'visa problems" and they were kindly asked to leave.

But our friendly cooperation with Israel doesn't stop there. While we would never make our National Energy and National Steel Security dependent on foreign oil or steel, we have no qualms in giving the control over our "listening" technology to such good friends as the Israeli, right? Now the Amdocs software, Made in Israel, checks all phone calls coming into and leaving the US territory, and our law enforcement agencies rely on the data processing software provided by the Israeli Nice and Comverse Infosys companies. The Israeli are such prophetic people: as Pat Robertson has put it in his prayer of March 5: "Farther we ask that we see your hand at work, and we ask it in your precious holy name, amen and amen". When it comes to art students and listening technology, the Israeli sure are "your chosen people". God bless 'Merica!

Immediately after you returned from your first assault in the Enduring War Against the Axis of Evil, you joined the Alaska Jihad for drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. When it comes to energy independence nobody beats your energy, right? Last year the State Government of Alaska spent $3.85 million to lobby for drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. That is $1.65 million more than the $2.1 million spent by Enron! Those lobbying dollars call for a little payback, right? Last year the State of Alaska made $21 billion in revenue out of existing oil wells. That revenue accounts for 84% of the State Budget, and provides a nice cushy, frontier lifestyle for Alaskans. Alaska is a true tax-haven: Alaskans pay no income and no sales taxes. Even better: for every dollar of Federal Income Tax paid, Alaskans get $1.68 back. No other State receives sooo much subsidies paid for by the Federal Treasury. The federal government subsidizes such things as an airline service and even air-freight for soda pop to remote villages in Alaska. No pork-barrel spending is too much, when it comes to support Alaska, right? Yet, the Alaskans can't stop complaining and whining about the federal government. Nobody else in America whines this much!! But this year Alaska runs a budget deficit. That makes Alaska such a nice target for the drilling brigades of the oil and gas Bush-iosi, right? Surrender the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and Uncle Sam in his Unlimited Compassion will fill all your budget holes!! When it comes to compassionate government subsidies, rarely the question is asked, does it benefit Bush-iosi?

While you were leading your first personal assault against the Axis of Evil, U.S. Congress kept chewing on Enron. Listen to what Ernest F. Hollings, chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee said on February 5: "I got 3,500 over 10 years, but our friend, Kay Bailey Hutchison, she got 99,000. Heck, I am the chairman of the committee. That wasn't a contribution. That was an insult." Next time you have to work harder for Enron, and you will get much better pay, Senator!!

Those nasty Members of Congress also kept beating up Enron officials, even after Jeffrey F. Skilling, Enron's former chief Executive told them on February 8: "This was a very large corporation. It would be impossible to know everything going on". Take that totally impertinent Senator Peter G. Fitzgerald; on February 13 he told Kenny Boy Lay: "You are perhaps the most accomplished confidence man since Charles Ponzi. I'd say you were a carnival barker, except that wouldn't be fair to carnival barkers".

Enron is such a Shining Beacon for Compassionate Conservative Business Practices, right? Take that Connecticut Trash. The Connecticut State Trash Authority had a $220 million deal with Enron to generate steam and energy from burnt trash. Enron would buy and burn that Connecticut trash for $2.4 million a month. To get Enron started the State of Connecticut paid Enron $220 million up-front. Now Enron is bankrupt and that money is gone. Thanks to that Enron-scheme the taxpayers in Connecticut have to pay $50 more a year to get their trash removed. That is dysregulated business practices for you!!

Your Dick Cheney is still in a dead heat battle with U.S. Congress over his Secret Energy Policy Task Force. After 9 months of stonewalling by The White House that David M. Walker guy of the General Accounting Office sued The White House for lists with names of the Bush-iosi of the Energy, Oil, Gas, and Coal industries who participated in the 6 meetings Dick's Secret Energy Policy Task Force had held in The White House last year. Those secret meetings were extremely productive: Dick and the executives planned for 1,300 to 1,900 new electric power plants in this country. The Bush-iosi of the Energy, Oil, Gas and Coal Industries will sure make a big, big bundle of those plans. This Walker guy is still not backing off. Why is your Government not audited by the Arthur Andersen company? They sure would show some compassion and help Dick to shred himself out of trouble.

Now, Dick has mounted a defense of heavy artillery. Nobody less that that supreme Howitzer of Compassion, Theodore B. Olson, will lead Dick's defense team. Remember, Theo Olson? As publisher of the American Spectator, that magnificent emblem of Compassionate Conservative Journalism, Theo spearheaded the Arkansas-project. That was a secret conglomerate of news media paid by Richard Mellon Scaife to generate juicy sex stories about that Clinton guy. When it comes to incriminate Dem Presidents no story is too wild for us, Compassionate Conservatives!! For the ticket $2.4 million we got years of wild, mouth-watering entertainment. With that accomplished Theo Olson in the driving seat we wonder what the War against the General Accounting Office will bring. The second and third cornerstones of the Iron Triangle of Dick Cheney's Defense Team are Associate Attorney General Robert D. McCallum, Jr. and your own good old Stonewaller-in-Chief, Alberto Gonzales. Soon, sparks will fly across an U.S. Court Room. We can't wait to witness the most protracted and most costly court battle since the O.J. Simpson trial!!

Remember, how the Dems removed the school voucher provision from your Education Bill? School vouchers are Tax Cuts for parents if they send their kids to our religious schools instead of public schools. They are such a magnificent idea. First, a Tax Cut is the supreme emblem of Compassionate Conservative Social Engineering; second the school vouchers will make sure that our future generation is steeped in religious education. No more mind-boggling things like evolution, geosciences, or astronomy, but easy no-brainers such as Creationism and Intelligent Design, will guide our kids in their future life. Time and again the Operatives of the Christian Coalition and its many under-cover organizations have put vouchers on the ballot. Time and again, vouchers have been rejected by clear majorities of voters. We keep the schools, by redefining education on our terms, right?

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin our under-cover operatives have invented a magnificent trick to make sure that kids from poor parents will be sent to religious schools only. They invented the School Voucher Surcharge Program. This is how it works. If parents send their kids to a Milwaukee's Urban Day School they would have to pay $1,000 in tuition per year. If the kid were to be sent to a private school the State of Wisconsin would pay $5.080 per student. In the case of Messmer, a Catholic School, that would be $2,106 more than the tuition that school would charge. That means the State of Wisconsin pays $2,106 in taxpayer's money for the religious education of each kid sent to Messmer. Such a nice State subsidy for religious education, right?

In Cleveland, Ohio, our operatives invented an even smarter system. There they made sure that the voucher checks were directly sent to the religious schools. That way the money was already gone, and the parents had no other choice than to send their kids to that school. That is such a magnificent scheme: now 96% of the poor kids are sent to religious schools. Those kids will become the foot soldiers of the Christian Taliban of America and soon join your Armies of Compassion. We keep the education, by redefining parental choice on our terms, right?

Of course religious schools are not required to accept kids that need special education, or that are outright handicapped. Those kids can go the money starved public schools, anyway. No need for compassion for those kids, right? Last Wednesday a liberal conspiracy tried to defend the public education system in this country by suing the State of Ohio in the Supreme Court. Judith L. French, the Ohio State Assistant Attorney General gave a glowing defense of the school voucher program and the "unprecedented educational crisis" in Ohio. She got strong help from Theodore B. Olson, our supreme Axe of Compassion. Rest assured, the Supremes will fix education in America the same way as they fixed the Presidential Election of 2000!

Don Rumsfeld is still working hard to transform the Pentagon to the Department of War and Truth. For months he has been entertaining us during his Daily Story Hour with the War for Pipeline-istan in Afghanistan. Juicy and sooo inspiring nightime stories!!! But, his new Office of Strategic Influence will be even better. Don's techniques of "Tactical Deception" are truly unsurpassed!! As Don put it in his own words: "What people have to understand about this is very clear". "No. 1, government officials, the Department of Defense, this secretary and the people that work with me tell the American people and the people of the world the truth". Nobody would have believed that if those words didn't come straight out of the mouth of Don Rumsfeld himself!!

Not in our wildest dreams would we have guessed that this whole "pretzel-story" about you from a few weeks ago was a sample of truth made up by Don Rumsfeld and his Office of Strategic Influence. We can't wait to hear more of Don Rumsfeld's outbursts of Strategic Influence during his Daily Story Hour! Was that story about the British Navy landing on a beach in Spain also one of Don's attempts to spread Strategic Influence and Truth Made in the U.S.A. around the world? We are sooo excited by the first Games of Compassion in the snow and on the ice of Salt Lake City. Your words were sooo inspiring: "It is a post-cold world. There is madmen and potential mental losses". There were lots of madmen around and more than one mental loss, right? But, the performance of our athletes during these first Games of Compassion in Salt Lake City exceeded our wildest dreams. Most of all, we are ecstatic by the U.S. performance in this newest of Olympic disciplines: Instant Litigation. Our crack team of ultra-fast attorneys took all of abroad by surprise. We are looking forward to more Games of Compassion, the true battleground for such an All-American Sport as Instant-Litigation!!

A week brimming with Acts of Compassion! First, Ken Lay appeared for U.S. Congress and sure he took the 5th Amendment. Such a shining example of the Compassionate Conservative way of doing business!! We keep the information, by redefining transparency on our terms. So, U.S. Congress didn't squeeze a single word of our proud Kenny Boy. That serves U.S. Congress well!!

Remember that letter Kenny Boy wrote you on April 3, 1997? He reminded you that Enron had just opened an office in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, and they engaged in a joint-venture with Neftegas of Uzbekistan and Gazprom of Russia. On April 8th you met with Ambassador Sadyq Safaev of Uzbekistan. Sure, that meeting built a great friendship between Texas and Uzbekistan. To bring their Uzbekistan- business to fruition Enron needed to build pipelines from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan and to Europe. One of those had to run across Afghanistan. As Governor of Texas you could do little to help, but after you became the President of the Christian Corporation of America you got all the powers you needed to help your old buddy, Kenny Boy, right? After all, with a juicy grand total of $736,800 in contributions, Ken Lay had made sure that your election campaigns from 1993 on were well funded! For all that generosity a little payback is in order. What about blazing a trail for an Enron-pipeline across Afghanistan? First you tried to "lubricate" the Taliban government of Afghanistan into that deal. But even after you handed them more that $100 million in U.S. taxpayer's money the Taliban didn't cooperate. Don't kid us, we compassionate conservatives always get what we want! If you don't cooperate for money, else will happen!! So? What about a little victorious war in Afghanistan? After the September 11 attacks that war became a piece of cake, right? Thanks to our proud men and women in uniform Afghanistan is now open for business. Soon all of Afghanistan will be covered by shining pipelines for Enron and Unocal, right? Don't you want to rename Afghanistan into Pipeline-istan?

Then came the Armageddon vote against the Shays-Meehan conspiracy to limit our soft money free speech rights. Tom DeLay concocted schemes even more complicated schemes than those of Ken Lay at Enron. Those Lay's are such geniusues!! It didn't work out, but rest assured, we compassionate conservatives will never give up after we have smelled money!! So, Senator Mitch McConnel of Kentucky is already collecting the 41 votes he needs to filibuster the Shays-Meehan bill as soon as that Dashle guy tries to bring it up for a vote in the U.S. Senate. A filibuster is such nice tool of compassion! Remember, when back in 1994 the U.S. Senate was close to vote on Hillary's health care reform bill? That bill would have been a disaster for the Bush-iosi of the HMO-industry. So, Republicans slammed a filibuster on that bill. We Republicans keep the democracy, by filibustering the Hell out of any legislation!! Also James Bopp, Jr. of the National Right to Life Committee (you know, that Army of Compassion that day and nite lies in the trenches for the War Against Abortion in America) will challenge that bill to protect their First Amendment Rights. The Republican National Committee will file suit as soon as that bill becomes law. In the best of Republican traditions they are lining battalions and battalions of lawyers. For our free speech rights to soft money we will not spare any Armageddon!!

With the help of your legal counsel Alberto (Stonewall) Gonzales, Dick Cheney still fight the General Accounting Office to death. Dick wouldn't be a Dick, if he wouldn't be a Stonewaller-in-Chief!! This is a Compassionate Conservative Government. We don't want no transparency! Transparency is for Dems; we Republicans keep our deals amongst ourselves!!

During the past decades the Weapons of Mass destruction Program of the U.S. Government had produced a little radioactive waste. You have to store that somewhere, What about Yucca Mountain in Nevada? That is about 100 miles from Las Vegas, but who cares? When it comes to dump NukeClear waste, rarely the question is asked, is this Bush' States? Sure those environmentalists will raise Hell, but you will deal with them later, right? We keep the nukes, by redefining NukeClear waste on our terms! When you beef up your production of Weapons of Mass Destruction, even more NukeClear waste-sites will be needed. Nevada, move over, your President will NukeClear you !!

In the midst of all these raging battles it is time to focus on the War abroad, right? Ready for the assault against the Axis of Evil? So, last Saturday you took off for a trip to your frontline states: Japan, South Korea, and China. But, even on board of Air Force One you didn't forget the Holy War for our Energy Future, right? The Alaska Jihad under the energetic leadership of Senator Frank Murkowski fights battle after battle to preserve the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for oil and gas drilling by the Energy Bush-iosi. They sure appreciated your stopover in Anchorage, last Saturday. That was also such a nice opportunity for fundraising: those $1,000 tickets made a nice bundle for Frank and his Alaska Jihad, right? But we republicans will not stop there: Alaska here comes the Jihadi-in-Chief!! Surrender the ANWR, or else!! Alaskans, remember the war in Afghanistan? That country is now Pipeline-istan! Soon, compassionate conservatives will flood Alaskanistan and create another shiny Pipeline-istan in your backyard!

We are all looking forward to your visit to Korea. The Koreans haven't seen a Compassionate Conservative President in a long time, and they are sure rising to the occasion! Even before your arrival they already burned lots of American flags. Such a warm gesture of welcome!!

From behind the largest barbed wire fence in our history you opened the First Games of Compassion in Salt Lake City. As you put it sooo rightly: It is a post cold world. There is madmen and potential mental losses. That is why Our Games will be held under that supreme emblem of Liberty and Freedom in America: the barbed wire fence! What greater message of Compassion and Hope could you have sent to the free world? Your speechification was almost drowned out by those other shining Beacons of Compassion: the Black Hawk helicopters. Together with our shiny F16 fighter jets, Black Hawk Helicopters and 15,000 men and women in uniform, the largest Army of Compassion ever, underscore our resolve of Liberty, Freedom and Compassion.

In Washington, D.C. U.S Congress still chews on Enron. Enron executive after executive appeared before U.S. Congress and exerted his Supreme Executive Privilege: the 5th Amendment! Never before our Constitution came in sooo handy for Executives. Richard Nixon would have been delighted. Remember, how time and again Mary Matalin bashed the Clintons when they didn't cough up during the Arkansas Project? Now she works for your Compassionate Conservative Government of America, and she does the Republican thing: Stonewalling, Stonewalling and more Stonewalling. That way, Dick Cheney will have more time to shred, to shred and to shred, and U.S. Congress will never find a trace of Dick's Energy Policy Task Force. That is Stealth Government at its best!!

Remember, how years ago Republicans pushed for a Balanced Budget Amendment in the Constitution? Thanks to the Republican War Against Big Government, Clinton couldn't waste taxpayer's money on his pet projects and a huge Budget Surplus was left for you. "Ah will not wait for events to happen", you said during your State of the Union. Sure you yourself created events wherever possible: the Tax Cut, the War Against Terrorism. Sure, the Budget Surplus is now gone. But that is not enough: the War Against Big Government goes beyond the budget. Take that Federal program to train doctors in children's hospitals to better take care of our kids. You promised to leave no child behind, right? So, kids here you go: President Dubya slashes that training program by 30%. Thanks to the Energy bush-iosi home heating costs have shot up. So, President Dubya, in his infinite compassion, cuts the Low-Income Home Energy Program by 15%. Remember, those floods last year in the Mid West? When it comes to flooding, rarely the question is asked, is this Bush States? Do Bush' States need flood protection by the Corps of Engineers? So, you slashed the budget of the Corps of Engineers by 13%. There is the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Who needs Occupational Safety and Health? This is a National Security State!! So, cut that budget by 10%! Sure, all that money can be put to good use. To balance the Federal Budget? Give me a break!! Compassionate Conservatives don't need a Balanced Budget. Deficit Spending is the trademark of Compassionate Conservatism!!

Thanks to a $48 billion raise in Defense spending your budget will break all records of Deficit Spending. You have such a good reason for record-breaking deficit spending, right? "Our men and women in uniform deserve the best equipment possible". Sure, that is music to the ears of the Bush-iosi of the Defense Industry. For a President with some spare change, they have a lot of old stuff to sell. Take the 70-ton Crusader Artillery System of United Defense Industries. It is a cold war leftover from the Carlyle Group, but your good friend Frank Carlucci is happy to sell it to you. Or the Global Hawk unmanned reconnaissance plane and the B-2 Stealth Bomber of Northrop Grumman? Sure, James Roche, your Secretary of the Air Force and former Northrop Grumman executive, already eyes those supreme Weapons of Mass Destruction. Your good friends at Lokheed Martin have the F-22 Raptor Fighter Plane on offer. What about the Joint Direct Attack Munitions, and cluster bombs (More Killing for Your Blast) ? More toys for the boys, right?

With a $396 billion defense budget you decided to spend $475 million for Crusader Artillery Systems from United Defense Industries. That will make Frank Carlucci and your Daddy sooo happy!! United defense Industries is a subsidiary of the Carlyle Group of Frank. Your Daddy is now their Chief-Middle-Eastern-Operative. With a Bush in the White House the future of Carlyle will shine and shine!! Next you will spend $941 million for the RAH-66 Comanche helicopter of Boeing and the Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Technologies for the US-ARMY. For another $5.2 billion you will buy F-22 Raptors from Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and the Pratt and Whitney Division of United Technologies for the USAF. Sure, a true compassionate conservative appoints a few Enroni in his government to thank the Bush-iosi of Enron for all their support. The confluence of Bush-iosi and Enroni is the heart and soul of the Christian Corporation of America!! But, the Shays-Meehan conspiracy is again trying to get their Campaign Finance Reform Bill to a vote in the House of Representatives. They want to block all those soft money contributions, on which you relied sooo strongly. Remember, how our operatives stopped that Campaign Finance Reform Bill, just before it got to a vote in the House of Representatives? Blocking a vote is sooo Republican !! We Republicans keep the power by defining democracy on our terms!! Therefore, Dennis Hastert and Tom Delay are rallying all our troops for this Final Battle of the War for Soft Money. This is Armageddon!! We Republicans can't continue our War for Compassionate Conservatism if the millions of the Bush-iosi can no longer stand behind you. Rest assured, we Republicans will go out of our way to defend our free speech rights. The G.O.P. will never be reduced to a party that has to beg the plebs for $1,000 checks in hard money. What a speechification, what a speechification!! More than ever, your words were powerful weapons of mass distraction!! Not a single time you uttered the E..-word. This week half of U.S. Congress and the FBI will be investigating Enron and the Enroni. To no avail, little has escaped the compassionate power of our shredders. Let this be a clear sign to U.S. Congress: you can investigate Enron until you choke to death!!

The White House brims with Enroni, like Spencer Abraham, your Secretary of Energy, Karl Rove, your Chief of Strategery, Lawrence Lindsay your chief of Economy, and Lewis Scooter Libby, Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff. But the Enron buck doesn't stop there. Last spring Ken Lay suggested a few members for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). You, the best Enroni of all, went out of your way to please your good friend Kenny Boy Lay by appointing Pat Wood, a proud Texan Republican, to the Chair of the FERC, and Nora Brownell as member. More Enroni in the White House!! Is that a problem?

The year 2001 sure was your Energy Year. With the help of your Government the Energy Bush-iosi organized the biggest energy crisis ever, and never before did Bush-iosi reap such rich profits. After Enronizing the energy markets of this country it is now time to Enronize our national security. Didn't you say it loud and clear: Weapons of Mass Destruction, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and more Weapons of Mass Destruction!! Firepower is the true power of compassionate conservatives!!

This country already owns 35% of all firepower worldwide. But as you said in your speech before the 83rd Annual National Convention of the America Legion in San Antonio last year: " It's a dangerous world. We have clear-eyed phoreign policy. We recognize it's a dangerous world". Didn't the attacks of September 11 prove that we need more firepower? Sure, together with our NATO allies we make up 52% of all defense spending worldwide. The NATO outspends Russia 9 times. Our friend in the Middle East, Israel, spends more on defense than Iran and Iraq together. South Korea spends 9 times more on defense than North Korea, that tiny, tiny Rogue State in East Asia, and chief threat to our national security. Japan still spends more on defense than all of China. We, the U.S.A., own 25 times the firepower of all rogue states (Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Cuba and Syria) combined. Last year the Pentagon consumed 51.3% of the U.S. discretionary budget; a whopping $310.6 billion. That is not enough!! We were ecstatic when you clamored for a $50 billion increase in defense spending!! This will be the year of the Defense Bush-iosi!!

In your State of the Union speech you singled out North Korea. It is such a small and weak country. That makes it such a nice target for your Faith Guided Missile System. Their missiles will never be able to touch us. Their missile once flew across Japan, and then it died a miserable death thousands of miles from our shores. The North Koreans will never be able to touch us! But who cares about that? This is the year of the Faith Guided Missile System. Our missiles need no enemies; their Faith will guide them to their targets, wherever these targets may be. Maybe South Asia, maybe Yurep? If those Yurepeans don't shut up they could be next, right? Remember Afghanistan, Yurepeans?

Our economy needs a strong stimulus package to guarantee our economic security, right? Who else than the Bush-iosi of the defense industry will get our economy moving again? With $36.9 billion in sales contracts the Bush-iosi of the defense industry were the world leaders in arms sales in the year 2000. Compare that to Russia with its meager $7.7 billion, France with its laughable $4.1 billion, the United Kingdom with its pathetic $600 million, and China with its pitiful $400 million. Even Germany, that proud home of bombers, tanks and machine guns didn't make more than $1.1 billion in international arms sales. Thanks to your Faith Guided Missile System, 2002 will be the year of super arms sales. Never before this country has spent sooo much on weapons!!

Not only the Bush-iosi are ecstatic. As a good Bush, always thinks of your family first, right? Your Daddy now works for the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. Thanks to the hard work of your Daddy, and his good relations with the Bin Laden family in Saudi Arabia, the Carlyle Group is now one of the biggest defense contractors worldwide. A few Government contracts for the Carlyle group serves not only your father, but also your good friends of the Bin Laden family, right?

You also singled out Iran and Iraq. Remember that statement Dick Cheney made on June 23, 1998? When Dick spoke about the oil around the Caspian Sea he sure eyed Iran: "Unfortunately, Iran is sitting right in the middle of the area and the United States has declared unilateral economic sanctions against that country. As a result, American firms are prohibited from dealing with Iran and find themselves cut out of the action, both in terms of opportunities that develop with respect to Iran itself, and also with respect to our ability to gain access to Caspian resources. Iran is not punished by this decision. There are numerous oil and gas development companies from other countries that are now aggressively pursuing opportunities to develop those resources. That development will proceed, but it will happen without American participation. The most striking result of the government's use of unilateral sanctions in the region is that only American companies are prohibited from operating there." Diplomacy is soooo Clinton!! But, thanks to Dick Cheney no diplomacy will come out the Bush White House. It is time to cut a piece of that Iran pie. Iran and Iraq meet our Daisy Cutters; you will love them!! Today Afghanistan, tomorrow the whole world!! Daisy Cutters will clean the path of our pipelines to the Persian Gulf. What, if Saddam Hussein would resist our men and women in uniform? Then, General Norman Schwarzkopf will return and light the "biggest barbecue of all times". Nobody will block our path to Caspian Sea oil!!

With the Olympic Games coming up we are all looking at Salt Lake City in Utah. Thanks to Senator Orrin G. Hatch U.S. taxpayers coughed up not less than $1.5 billion to build all those beautiful Olympic sites in Utah. Sure, good old Earl Holding (of Sinclair Oil) and his family paid $8,000 in contributions for the election of Orrin Hatch in 1999 and 2000. Those $8,000 are such a gentle act of compassion for a Senator in need, right? In the hands of Orrin Hatch those $8,000 became a $1.5 billion economic stimulus package for the Bush-iosi of the development and construction industry. When it comes to supporting the bush-iosi with federal tax money, rarely the question is asked, is this a Bush state? Yes, yes, Utah is a solid Bush State!! Therefore, federal tax money for the Bush-iosi in Utah is money well spent!!

My neighbor noticed during the press conferences of John Ashcroft, your Born-Again-Christian-Attorney-General-of-America (BACAGA) a women in a blue burkha standing right behind your BACAGA. Is this part of the New Outreach Policy of the Department of Justice to "Women of Cover"? She wears such a nice, typical Afghani-burkha. My neighbor told me that such a burkha costs $8,000. Wow, that is an expensive garment!! But before John Ashcroft became your BACAGA there was this big statue of a woman representing the "Spirit of Justice" in the entrance hall of the Department of Justice, remember? We haven't seen her for a while. Is the "Spirit of Justice" now gone?

Remember that cold and rainy day last year, when you were sworn in as our first Compassionate Conservative President of the Christian Corporation of America (CCPCCA)? Now, a year later, it is a post-cold world. It is a world of madmen and potential mental losses. In December 2000 you did the talking, and now the whole country does the walking of the Recession. The Recession took care of the budget surplus Clinton left you and helps Republicans in their daily war against Big Government. The time of Big Government is up; now Big Business rules the Christian Corporation of America and soon the whole world.

While our men and women in uniform are working our will on the whole world, your good friends the Gramms were working on their economic stimulus package. They started their work long before the Recession came upon us. In 1988 Ronnie Reagan appointed Dr. Wendy Gramm, the wife of our beloved Senator Phil Gramm to the Chair of the Federal Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Way back, in 1992, when your daddy was still ruling this country, she made sure that the energy-swap business of the Enron Corporation of Houston was exempted from government oversight. That way, your good friend Ken Lay, could engage in all kinds of shady, back-room deals with existing or non-existing products and make a big bundle our of that. On January 20, 1993 Clinton became President, and Wendy had to leave, but not without receiving $46,000 in salary and attendance fees from Enron.

The mutually beneficiary relationship between Wendy Gramm and Enron continued, and up to the end of 2001 she made something between $915,000 and $1,853,000 out of her work for Enron. But the Enron buck did not only stop at Wendy; also Phil Gramm pitched in a helping hand or two. In June 2000 Phil co-sponsored the Commodity Features Modernization Act, but that magnificent piece of market-dysregulation-legislation never got debated on the Senate floor. So, in December 2000, while Clinton was still in the White House, Phil attached his Bill as a little rider to the 11,000-page appropriations bill for 2001. It slipped through, and Clinton signed it into law. Immediately thereafter, Enron started working its will on the California energy market, and early January 2001 the greatest energy crisis in the history of this country was fabricated. Consumer prices skyrocketed, 38 rolling-blackouts in the first half of 2001 crippled California, and, most importantly, the Bush-iosi of the energy industry made almost $9 billion in extra profits out of selling less power to the people of California. When it comes to consumer-rip-off rarely the question is asked: is this Bush States? No? Then you will go "the California-way", compassionate conservatives have no mercy for people who didn't vote Bush!

Unfortunately, on June 19, 2001, the Federal Regulators came in with their 24/7 price-controls, and the California-deal died. Before that Enron had made $40.1 billion in revenue in 1999, a whopping $100.8 billion in 2000, and $377 million in profits out of the California Energy Crisis of 2001. But your good friend Ken Lay smelled that there was trouble coming. In June last year Ken, together with his general counsel (Jim Derrick) and Jeffrey K. Skilling, dumped his Enron stock and made more than $100 million out of it. While Ken Lay made a bundle out of his stock, he made sure that his employees were forbidden to cash in theirs before Enron crashed. That is compassionate conservatism for you!! Big bucks for Big Bosses and little crump's for little people!!

There is more. Wendy Gramm worked for quite some time as an auditor for Enron. That way she helped Enron to dump its profits in 874 tax-haven subsidiaries. Thanks to that magnificent strategy Enron didn't pay taxes in four out of five years! Even before your Compassionate Conservative Tax Cut those "most in need" got the greatest break!!

Ken Lay has always been generous for his close friends. Ken knew how to lubricate the wheels of Government. Between 1991 and 2001 Ken, and other Enroni, contributed more than $5,300,000 to federal candidates. Kay Bailey Hutchison from Texas was his top recipient with $99,500, and Phil Gramm was a good second with $97,350. On September 4, 2001 Phil Gramm felt that he made enough money for his retirement and he told the public that he won't run for re-election in 2002. Such a fierce combatant of Compassionate Conservatism sure deserves a well-cushioned retirement!!

But You, Dubya, are the greatest of all Enroni. In 1994, when you ran for Governor of Texas, Enron contributed $146,500 to your campaign (and gave $19,500 to Ann Richards to soothe her). In 1998 you received another $166,000 from your Bush-iosi-in-chief. But the real Big Bucks came your way, once you ran for President: $113,800 for your 2000 campaign; another $10,500 for your Recount Fund and still another $300,000 for your Inaugural Fund. That makes a grand total of $736,800 from your Bush-iosi-in-Chief!!

That sure called for a little payback, right? So, Ken Lay got his man on your Energy Advisory Panel and Dick Cheney gave Enron a prominent position on his Energy Policy Development Council. You appointed Spencer Abraham, another Enroni, as your Secretary of Energy. Jeff Bingaman, still another Kenny boy, became chair of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. In the White House Enron got key positions with Karl Rove, your Chief of Strategery, Lawrence Lindsay your chief of Economy, and Lewis Scooter Libby, Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff. Enroni's are all over the place!!

Last August Sherron Smith Watkins, Enron's VP for Corporate Development, indicated in a secret memo to Ken Lay that some of the creative bookkeeping methods of Enron may go bust. But, we may never know what exactly had happened, because David Duncan of Arthur Anderson Accounting followed the great example of Gordon Liddy, our proud Watergate hero from way back in 1972. David Duncan did the Republican thing: shred, shred and shred more!! That way Enron could buy time. When Enron on December 2, 2001 finally filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection, Ken had made sure that those Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) were activated, and almost $600 million were pulled out of the Enron bankruptcy filing. On December 12 Arthur Anderson's Chief Executive, Joseph Berardino, told this to U.S. Congress, but the money was already safe! Such smart people, those Enroni!!

We are sooo happy that you choked on just a pretzel, last Sunday.
